Château de la Ferrière stands in Vaux-sur-Aure (Calvados), in the Normandie region of France. Its opening hours and prices have not been verified at the source yet.

Located in Vaux-sur-Aure in the Calvados region, this château was built in 1735 from pale Creully stone on the site of a 15th-century fortress. Its renown comes from the botanist Gabriel Moisson de Vaux, who in the 18th century acclimatised American plant species here, including the magnolia grandiflora still found in the grounds today. The estate includes a landscaped park enriched in the 19th century with giant sequoias and cypress trees, along with a garden recalling botanical exchanges between France and the United States.
