To make a day of it

Château de Fosseuse stands in Bornel (Oise), in the Hauts-de-France region of France. The building is registered as a historic monument (dating recorded in the Mérimée database: second half of the 16th century). Its opening hours and prices have not been verified at the source yet.

The château de Fosseuse stands in Bornel, in the Oise department, built of brick and stone for the Montmorency family in the second half of the 16th century. A tower and a square pavilion flank the main building, topped with a tall slate roof, and traces of Renaissance decoration remain. A landscaped park in the English style, arranged around an ornamental pond, now surrounds the building.
