What the French Ministry of Culture records
Le fief date au moins du 12e siècle. Le château est un long corps de logis du 18e siècle, à un étage, percé de sept rangées d'ouvertures. La poterne du 15e siècle est flanquée de deux petites tours un peu coniques. De l'enceinte primitive subsistent également à l'est deux petites tours rondes qui en marquaient les angles. La chapelle est située à l'est. Les communs sont de longs bâtiments bas d'architecture rurale dont les hautes toitures évoquent le 16e ou le 17e siècle.
