Bâti perpendiculaire à la pointe de l'éperon rocheux, le corps de logis clôt l'espace en formant une basse-cour. Au sud s'élève un castelet autrefois relié au corps de logis par une galerie. A l'intérieur, les pièces de réception occupent le rez-de-chaussée. L'accès aux étages se fait par une porte à la Serlio commandant l'escalier de la tour, à l'angle sud-est. Dans les étages, toutes les pièces ont conservé un décor peint de la fin du 16e siècle au début du 17e. Le pavillon sud conserve également des vestiges de décor peint. Des murailles délimitent les deux cours.
