Château d'Hermival stands in Hermival-les-Vaux (Calvados), in the Normandie region of France. The building is registered as a historic monument (dating recorded in the Mérimée database: 17th century). Its opening hours and prices have not been verified at the source yet.
Hermival castle stands near the village church, on the banks of the Paquine river, in Calvados. Built in the mid-16th century and later altered in the 18th, it consists of a rectangular main building in dressed stone, flanked by two corner pavilions with a checkerboard pattern of stone and pink brick. The west facade, the older of the two, features a projecting central section topped by a dormer with a triangular pediment, while the east facade reflects the 18th-century remodelling.
