To make a day of it

Château d'Arry stands in Arry (Somme), in the Hauts-de-France region of France. The building is listed as a historic monument (dating recorded in the Mérimée database: third quarter of the 18th century). Its opening hours and prices have not been verified at the source yet.

Built around 1761 for the Comte d'Hodicq by architect Giraud Sannier, the Château d'Arry stands in the Somme region between two lower pavilions, its curved central block topped with a domed roof. Inside, a great salon features wall panels painted around 1760 by Jean Loisel, depicting pastoral scenes, alongside a staircase with a wooden banister. The five-hectare park, crossed by the Maye river, extends the château's view toward a stretch of water known locally as the mirror.
