Château (ancien) stands in Agencourt (Côte-d'Or), in the Bourgogne-Franche-Comté region of France. The building is registered as a historic monument (dating recorded in the Mérimée database: first half of the 17th century). The building is privately owned and no visits are on record.

At the western edge of the village of Agencourt, near Nuits-Saint-Georges, stand the remains of a 13th-century fortified house rebuilt around 1650. A round platform ringed by water-filled moats carries a stout round tower and outbuildings where a coat-of-arms stone dated 1607 survives. The 1643 stables, with barrel vaults resting on some twenty small columns, form the best-preserved part of the ensemble. The site now houses a rural family school, which shapes what a visitor can actually see up close.
