La justice appartient au roi jusqu'en 1718. Il semble que ce petit manoir ait été construit par des seigneurs particuliers, bourgeois enrichis ayant acquis du roi une directe. L'édifice est flanqué de deux tourelles d'angle circulaires. La petite porte d'entrée sur le jardin, seule baie ancienne n'ayant pas été modifiée, porte un écusson échancré avec la date 1695. Les deux lobes inférieurs de l'écusson sont ornés chacun d'une étoile à cinq branches. L'encadrement de l'arc surbaissé est mouluré en doucine. L'entrée est encadrée par des pilastres nus, maigres, avec impostes. Au-dessus de l'entablement, deux petits massifs supportent deux petites boules.
