What the French Ministry of Culture records

Il s'agit d'un manoir édifié tardivement au 14ème siècle. Une grange fut construite à la fin du 15ème siècle et il paraît vraisemblable que le logis ait été remanié à cette période Saisi comme bien national, il est vendu à la Révolution française et constitue depuis le siège d'une exploitation agricole. La grange, datée de 1491, est à trois nefs et le porche d'entrée en avancée possède un étage. Le manoir se présente comme une construction en blocage de silex, pierre de taille, et dotée d'un étage en pan-de-bois sous un toit à forte pente. L'édifice se compose d'un corps central et d'ailes en retour au nord. Son intérêt majeur réside dans la conservation d'une charpente de comble datée de 1360, formant fermes, avec poinçon court et arbalétriers cintrés massifs, dispositifs de charpente caractéristiques des halls ouverts sous charpente de l'architecture anglaise du 14ème siècle.
