Schloss Treschklingen stands in Bad Rappenau, in the Landkreis Heilbronn, on a site that once held medieval manor houses of which nothing visible remains today. The present building, a two-storey rendered structure, was erected in 1802 for the von Gemmingen family as an administrative house. A staircase wing in classical style, with two round-arched windows, was added to the rear in 1832. Of the surrounding farm estate that once stood here, only one outbuilding and the garden survive alongside the Schloss itself.
