Schloss Neuhof an der Zenn stands in the small town of the same name in Bavaria's Middle Franconia region. The building grew out of a former provostry that was enlarged in 1570/73, and today comprises four two-storey wings under saddle roofs, each corner rising into a three-storey tower crowned with a pyramidal roof. The wings enclose a central courtyard, where the upper floors are lined with a gallery resting on a balustrade. A further pyramidal-roofed tower rises at the meeting point of three of the wings.
