The present ensemble dates from a rebuilding in 1780, on a core structure erected between 1549 and 1591. It comprises a two storey main house under a hipped roof, a chapel whose octagonal, onion domed ridge turret rises above bat wing dormers, a tithe barn attached to the north, and a service building to the west. Since 2013 an association has cared for the site and holds classical and early music concerts there each summer.
