Schloss Ittlingen stands in Ittlingen, in the Landkreis Heilbronn, in Baden-Württemberg. This plain two-storey Baroque building, with nine bays beneath a hipped gable roof, sits on much older foundations: a manorial farmhouse dating from 1577. The late Baroque courtyard gateway still bears the coats of arms of the families who once held the estate, while carvings above the barrel-vaulted cellar entrance recall the lords of Gemmingen and their sixteenth-century allies.
