Schloss Dretzel stands in the village of Dretzel, part of the town of Genthin in Saxony-Anhalt. Built between 1807 and 1810 in a classical style for the von Stilcke family, it replaced an earlier manor that had burned down, itself the successor to a medieval stronghold of the von Kracht family. The seventeen-bay facade, marked by fluted Ionic pilasters, has largely kept its original appearance. Together with the neighbouring church, churchyard, park and castle pond, the estate forms a coherent ensemble.
