Schloss Weiler stands at the mouth of the upper Aschaff valley, on the site of a moated medieval residence dating from 1255. The current building was commissioned by the Counts of Schönborn and constructed between 1653 and 1667, a two-winged late Renaissance structure with gabled roofs and scrolled gables, set within a small park and surrounded by outbuildings. The estate is now owned by an American foundation that uses it for training purposes, while also hosting weddings, concerts and a Christmas market. It is privately owned and has no regular public visiting hours.
