The Neues Schloss Wehr stands in the centre of the town of Wehr, in Baden-Württemberg, close to the older hilltop castle from which it takes part of its history. Built in 1748 for the barons of Schönau, who already held the older stronghold nearby, it gained an additional storey in 1825. For a century it has served as the town hall, yet some interiors still show rococo stucco ceilings attributed to Ludwig Bossi.
