Burg Parsberg stands in Parsberg (Landkreis Neumarkt in der Oberpfalz), in Bavaria, Germany. The building is a listed Baudenkmal. Its opening hours and prices have not been verified at the source yet.
Burg Parsberg overlooks the town of the same name from a hilltop at 550 metres above sea level in Upper Bavaria's Oberpfalz region. Once the ancestral seat of the von Parsberg family, first recorded in 1205, the castle was destroyed and rebuilt over the centuries, taking roughly its present shape around the mid 16th century. The lower castle now houses the Burgmuseum Parsberg, dedicated to folk history and regional heritage.
What to know

- The site sits above the town of Parsberg, so visitors should expect an uphill walk from the town centre.

- No verified information on opening hours, prices or access is currently available.
