To make a day of it

Burg Graurheindorf stands in Bonn (Bonn), in North Rhine-Westphalia, Germany. The building is a listed Baudenkmal. No visits are on record for this building.

The Burg Graurheindorf is a small residential schloss in the Graurheindorf district of Bonn, standing at the end of a tree-lined avenue within its own park. A manor house already stood on the site from 1131, later enlarged into a fortified burg around 1478, before the present building was constructed in 1755 to designs by Michael Leveilly for Maria Debèche. Its nearly square plan, segmental-arched windows framed in cut stone, and steep mansard roof topped by an octagonal turret give it the character of a small eighteenth-century pleasure house.
