Burg Fronhofen, also known as the Römerturm, is the surviving remnant of a medieval residential tower in the village of Fronhofen, part of the municipality of Fronreute. Built around 1100, only a stump of the tower, some 18 metres high, still stands. It was the seat of a noble family first recorded in 1171, a younger branch of which gave rise to the counts of Königsegg, before the site passed to the ministerial family von Stuben.
