To make a day of it

Château du Thil stands in Chenôves (Saône-et-Loire), in the Bourgogne-Franche-Comté region of France. Its opening hours and prices have not been verified at the source yet.

The château du Thil stands on an isolated motte in Chenôves, in Saône-et-Loire. Originally built as a fortified house around 1300, it was heavily reworked over the centuries and took its current square shape, flanked by round towers with steep conical roofs, following a late 19th-century restoration. A private property, it has been opening its grounds to the public since 2017 for festive markets and local events.
