Château du Grand Perron stands in Pierre-Bénite (Rhône), in the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes region of France. The building is listed as a historic monument (dating recorded in the Mérimée database: first quarter of the 16th century). The building is privately owned and no visits are on record.

On the commune of Oullins-Pierre-Bénite, in the Lyon metropolitan area, the remains of the Château du Grand Perron now stand within the grounds of the Lyon Sud hospital centre. Rebuilt in the early sixteenth century in a U shape, the building retains its Renaissance facade and a Corinthian-order portico that once opened onto the main courtyard. The eastern wing was pulled down long ago, but the curved staircase and the old gallery can still be seen from outside. The site bears the mark of Italian families, the Gondi and later the d'Elbène, who once hosted Catherine de Medici on several occasions.
