Type de pavillon de chasse construit au milieu du 17e siècle (achevé en 1660) pour Jean Martel, lieutenant au bailliage d'Evreux, en brique et pierre, sur plan rectangulaire. Après un certain nombre de transformations aux 19e et 20e siècles visant à le transformer en résidence secondaire, l'intérêt architectural de l'édifice réside moins dans le bâtiment principal, que dans son portail d'entrée et sa large allée d'arbres.
