To make a day of it

Château de Varennes stands in Charette-Varennes (Saône-et-Loire), in the Bourgogne-Franche-Comté region of France. The building is registered as a historic monument (dating recorded in the Mérimée database: first half of the 19th century). Its opening hours and prices have not been verified at the source yet.
