The rectangular building, with two discreet pavilions on its facades, contains on the ground floor the apartments of the Marshal and his wife, as well as reception rooms, a library and dining room, all preserved with their original furnishings and decoration. The English-style garden, designed between 1828 and 1845, fulfils a singular intention: to represent the plans of a First Empire battle at the Marshal's request.
