Le corps principal (1806) témoigne de l'adoption d'un parti architectural classique précoce dans le XIXe siècle angevin, et les intérieurs comportent des pièces avec des décors commandés par la famille Pasqueray du Rouzaye, ainsi que du mobilier Directoire et Empire.
