What the French Ministry of Culture records
La poterne d'entrée de l'ancien château est flanquée, à gauche, de la chapelle et, à droite, d'un escalier, ainsi que de la tour au sud-est de l'ancienne enceinte disparue. La porte d'entrée est en anse de panier. Deux tourelles en encorbellement habillent les angles du pavillon. Les parties hautes à partir de l'entablement datent du 19e siècle. La façade intérieure présente un décor en briques et pierre polychrome. Du côté gauche du pavillon se trouve la tourelle d'escalier, laquelle le relie à une tour plus ancienne qui a conservé ses meurtrières.
