What the French Ministry of Culture records
Château construit entre 1752 et 1755, remplaçant un édifice plus ancien détruit au début du 17e siècle. L'édifice actuel présente un bon exemple de petit château de plaisance du 18e siècle. A l'intérieur, les pièces sont sur le côté jardin et sont desservies par un corridor situé côté cour. Cette disposition date de la construction, déjà traditionnelle dans la seconde moitié du 18e siècle. Les pièces ont conservé leur décor 18e, composé de lambris en bois et stuc, dessus de porte peints, cheminées à trumeaux. L'escalier d'origine conserve une belle rampe en fer forgé. Le parc à la française présente une disposition d'ensemble conforme aux dispositions d'origine. La composition est axée sur deux grandes allées se croisant devant la terrasse. Le décor des parterres a disparu. Deux pièces d'eau sont encore visible et l'emplacement du potager se devine grâce à ses murs de clôture. Un chalet a été ajouté au 19e siècle.
