Château de Montille stands in Semur-en-Auxois (Côte-d'Or), in the Bourgogne-Franche-Comté region of France. The building is registered as a historic monument (dating recorded in the Mérimée database: second quarter of the 17th century). The building is privately owned and no visits are on record.

On the plateau overlooking the Armançon river, two kilometres south of Semur-en-Auxois, the château de Montille stands on a site occupied since the Middle Ages, as shown by a 1362 lawsuit over looting at the site. The present building, dating from the second quarter of the 17th century and later altered, retains a pond that marks the location of the former moat. A chapel was fitted into the round tower at the south-west corner of the terrace. This is a privately owned property, of which only the facades, roofs and those of the dovecote are protected as a historic monument.
