What the French Ministry of Culture records

Au début du 20e siècle, le comte Henri d'Osmoy, riche industriel belge, commande la construction d'un nouveau château à l'architecte Eugène Pinêtre. Les travaux durent de 1900 à 1908. Le plan en U est composé d'un long corps central avec un avant-corps central très émergent, deux ailes et deux pavillons aux extrémités. Sur une composition d'un édifice classique, le décor mêle les références gothique, Renaissance et Art Nouveau.
