The château de la Perraudière stands in Jarzé Villages, in the Maine-et-Loire département, on the site of the former commune of Lué-en-Baugeois. Built around 1657 for Sébastien Sérézin, a former president of the Angers election court, it combines a main building flanked by two projecting wings, a courtyard lined with outbuildings and stables, an adjoining farm and a chapel dating from 1662. Inside, 18th-century panelling survives in the main drawing room and Louis XVI decor in the dining room, though the estate remains privately owned.
