Maison construite en 1897 pour Charles-Auguste Masson, reprise en 1904 par l'architecte Lucien Weissenburger ; les aménagements intérieurs et la décoration sont réalisés par l'ébéniste Eugène Vallin et le maître-verrier Jacques Gruber. Depuis 1993, le domaine est utilisé par un Centre d'aide par le Travail.
