Château de la Bretonnière stands in Vigneux-de-Bretagne (Loire-Atlantique), in the Pays de la Loire region of France. Its opening hours and prices have not been verified at the source yet.
Northwest of the village of Vigneux-de-Bretagne, the château de la Bretonnière stands within a fifty hectare wooded park, beside a pond. The current building, erected in the 18th and 19th centuries in a Breton neo-Gothic style, still includes an older tower said to date from the 16th century. Originally a hunting lodge for the Dukes of Rohan, it later passed through several families before coming into the hands of the de la Grandière family. The property remains privately owned today and is mainly used for receptions and private events rather than public visits.
