La famille des Marins ne réside plus sur place à partir du début du 17e siècle, et les bâtiments sont loués à des fermiers. Le colombier, les autres granges et l'ancien manège sont édifiés entre le 17e et le 19e siècle, en matériaux traditionnels de la Brie champenoise.
