A private property since its origins, it passed through the Roque de Varengeville and Villars families before changing hands several more times down to its present owners. Visitors can take in a classical layout around a courtyard and forecourt, with outbuildings, guard pavilions and a dovecote, set within a park recognised with the jardin remarquable label.
