What the French Ministry of Culture records

Les éléments archéologiques subsistants (fenêtres et cheminées) , permettent d'établir que le donjon remonte au plus tôt, au 14e siècle, mais plus sûrement de la seconde moitié du 15e ou du début du 16e siècle. L'escalier droit plaqué sur la façade ouest et le corps de logis principal pourraient remonter au 17e siècle. Ce château a subi un début de démolition en 1793, et une grande partie des murs du corps de logis a dû être reconstruite au 19e siècle.
