Located at Brognon, northeast of Dijon, this neo-classical château stands on the site of a medieval fortified house whose history goes back to the 13th century. Built in 1749 for Jean Pérard, first president of the Parliament of Burgundy, it has a square, single-storey façade topped by a slate roof with decorative dormers and a carved pediment, fronted by a monumental staircase. The estate lies within a 50-hectare landscaped park, with its outbuildings and a dovecote.
