At the centre of the village of Arceau, along the departmental road 960, stands a house built mainly between 1814 and 1838. Its street-facing front is understated, flanked by two low wings, while the side overlooking the park opens onto a balcony and a monumental staircase. A square dovecote tower topped with a clock marks the entrance from the road. The grounds also include a chapel, a fishpond and a kennel, altered in the early twentieth century.
