To make a day of it

Château d'Aubigny stands in Coincy (Moselle), in the Grand Est region of France. The building is registered as a historic monument (dating recorded in the Mérimée database: 16th century, milieu 18th century). The building is privately owned and no visits are on record.

Aubigny castle stands in the commune of Coincy, in the Moselle department, its main building dating back to the 16th century despite later wars and changes of ownership. Visitors come above all for the enclosed garden, where box hedges and cone-shaped yews frame the flower beds, opened up by four wrought-iron gates. The house itself underwent a significant restoration in the 2010s, bringing back a roof close to its 18th-century appearance.
