What the French Ministry of Culture records

Château féodal de la fin du 12e siècle. Sur la face sud, un grand corps de logis et quatre grosses tours occupent les angles s'avançant en saillie. A l'angle nord-ouest du château se dresse une grosse tour construite au début du 16e siècle. Ce château a terriblement souffert de la guerre de 1914-1918 et les ruines sont impressionnantes. Une campagne de restauration a eu lieu en 1981.
