Set on the heights above Allauch, at an elevation of 300 metres, the Notre-Dame de Beauvois chapel stands on the site of a castle destroyed at the end of the 16th century, of which a few remains still stand. Built in the 13th century, it became a place of pilgrimage after losing its parish status, and has remained one ever since. Inside, visitors find a striking collection of votive offerings spanning the 17th century to the present day.
