Le manoir remonte au 16e siècle et a appartenu à François Le Roux, sieur de Gonfreville, trésorier de France à Caen en 1640. L'ensemble comprend l'église, le porche, les communs et le manoir. Le porche du 16e siècle est percé d'une porte piétonne et d'une porte charretière moulurées. La porte piétonne est surmontée d'une niche d'esprit gothique. Les bâtiments d'exploitation, de la même époque, présentent, pour celui de l'ouest, trois fenêtres jumelées séparées par un meneau. La maison manable est en forme de L. A l'angle des deux bâtiments se dresse une tour d'escalier à pans coupés, garnie de petites fenêtres chanfreinées. Une seconde tour a disparu en 1944. A l'intérieur, toutes les portes ouvrant sur l'escalier ont un arc en accolade, ainsi que les portes du rez-de-chaussée. Celle donnant sur le départ de l'escalier a un blason et deux feuilles de chêne sculptées.
