Motte du Plessis-Lastelle stands in Le Plessis-Lastelle (Manche), in the Normandie region of France. No visits are on record for this building.
The motte du Plessis-Lastelle is what remains of a medieval stronghold, standing on the edge of a plateau overlooking the Gorges marshes in the Manche department. This earthen mound, some fifteen to twenty metres high, once bore a cylindrical stone keep, of which a section of wall now serves as a viewpoint. Visitors come both for the story of Baron Grimoult, involved in the plot against Duke William, and for the 360-degree view from the top.
