What the French Ministry of Culture records

Manoir de la fin du Moyen Age, élevé dans les années 1495-1515 par la famille Courtin sur l'emplacement d'un édifice plus ancien. Le logis, situé sur une butte dominant la vallée de l'Erve, est accompagné de communs du 17e siècle (grange, écurie) et d'une chapelle en ruine. Il se compose de deux bâtiments à deux niveaux et combles, en retour d'équerre, liés l'un à l'autre par une tour de latrines aujourd'hui en ruine. Il a gardé tous ses éléments d'origine : distribution intérieure, baies, cheminées, sols en terre cuite estampée, escalier en vis en bois dans oeuvre, ...
