Edifice bâti de 1761 à 1778 par un avocat du Parlement de Bretagne, demeuré intact depuis sa construction. Le plan est constitué d'un rectangle sur lequel s'articule un pavillon carré. Ce manoir s'inscrit dans la lignée des petits manoirs des 15e et 16e siècles. L'emploi du calcaire le distingue de la plupart des édifices de l'époque. La corniche est en granit.
