What the French Ministry of Culture records

Logis cotentinais de la Renaissance, attesté dès le 13e siècle. A cette époque, le manoir ne devait comprendre qu'un logis de plan en L. Agrandi au 17e siècle et réaménagé au cours du siècle suivant, il est dominé par deux tours octogonales qui cantonnent le corps de logis central. Le manoir a conservé l'assiette d'un ancien jardin, ainsi que la ferme qui le jouxte. Il s'agit d'un bel exemple d'architecture civile du nord de la Manche.
