Le fief du Mesnil en Golleville possédait au 17e siècle logis, chapelle et grand bâtiment de commun. Si le logis était assez caractéristique de l'architecture cotentinaise avec ses meneaux et traverses plats, en revanche l'appareillage alterné en damier brique et pierre constitue un cas assez isolé dans la région. Peu après, un colombier en brique fut élevé contre la chapelle. Un nouveau corps de logis est accolé au premier au 18e siècle. Il s'agit d'un château classique de plan massé, élevé dans le prolongement d'une grande allée d'accès. De belles douves en hémicycle viennent ceinturer un jardin d'agrément.
