Situé aux environs de Tréguier, le manoir-porche de Kerandraou (ou la Villebasse) est l'un des plus anciens manoirs ruraux des Côtes d'Armor et serait du 14e siècle. Le corps de logis, de plan rectangulaire, percé d'une porte charretière et d'une porte piétonne, est flanqué à la façade sud-ouest d'une tour contenant un escalier en pierre à vis. Au-dessus du porche, au premier étage, se trouve la chapelle. Le colombier s'élève au sud du manoir qui appartenait à la famille de Cornulier au 18e siècle.
