Schweriner Schloss stands in Schwerin (Schwerin), in Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania, Germany. The building is a listed Baudenkmal. Its opening hours and prices have not been verified at the source yet.

Schwerin Castle stands on an island in Lake Schwerin, in the heart of the city that bears its name, in Mecklenburg-Vorpommern. For centuries the seat of the dukes and later grand dukes of Mecklenburg-Schwerin, the building owes its present appearance chiefly to a 19th-century reconstruction that blended French influences with German neo-Renaissance style. Visitors can see the ancestral gallery, the throne room and the palace church, a survivor from the region's first Protestant church building. Since 1990 part of the structure has housed the state parliament of Mecklenburg-Vorpommern.
