Tiefurt House is a modest summer residence on the Ilm river, in the Tiefurt district of Weimar in Thuringia. Originally a farm building, it was remodelled in the late 18th century and became the favourite retreat of Duchess Anna Amalia and a meeting place for the Weimar circle of poets, including Goethe. Visitors today can see the upper-floor rooms restored to their appearance around 1800, along with the surrounding landscape park along the river. The property forms part of the UNESCO World Heritage site known as Classical Weimar.
