Haus Pröbsting stands in Borken (Kreis Borken), in North Rhine-Westphalia, Germany. The building is a listed Baudenkmal. No visits are on record for this building.
Haus Pröbsting stands in Hoxfeld, a district of Borken, rising from a moat pond that once encircled the whole estate with an earthen rampart and wide ditches. First recorded in 1221 as property of Vreden Abbey, it was rebuilt in stone in 1345 for the lords of Gemen with permission from the Bishop of Münster. The brick manor house, enlarged in the 19th century, ranks among the oldest surviving secular brick buildings in the Münsterland region. Restored in the late 20th century, the complex now houses a clinic and remains privately owned.
